Where to order a personalized Coffee mug?

I need to find a place online where I can personalize a coffee mug (pictures, words etc. and place them/size them how i want) that is reliable and I can be assured will provide a good product. Does anybody know of any sites that offer this service? I designed the exact mug that I want on zazzle.com but i’m not very sure if they are reliable/reputable..also when I try to make my images bigger on the mug, it says that they will come out grainy on the mug. I’m looking for a silver Travel Mug. Thanks!!

All I can say is that my experience with zazzle is that they are reliable. They offer you a 30day money back guarantee. I have ordered products from them myself, which have been sent to the other side of the globe. No Mugs, but shirts and business cards. No problems.

I also design and sell products on zazzle. I do sell quite a few things there and I have very few returns/cancellations. These are mostly due to Credit Card issues.

If zazzle tells you your images are getting grainy, then your images is too small for being printed clearly on mugs. Zazzle has certain image guidelines to make sure the image is good enough to be printed in a quality you as customer find satisfying.

Zazzle recommends and image with 200ppi (points per inch) and the following size.

Mugs & Drinkware 200ppi

* All Mugs (full wraparound): 1732 x 650 pixels = 8.66″ x 3.25″
* All Mugs (half mug): 866 x 650 pixels = 4.33″ x 3.25″
* All Mugs (icon/logo): 200 x 200 pixels = 1″ x 1″

If you need help I suggest to seek it in the zazzle community forums. I am sure somebody there will help you to get your mug done, with the right image size.
