What do you think about the new Starbucks logo?

Instead of the green circle with the mermaid face on it, now it’s a brown circle with the whole mermaid in the middle. Plus there’s this wide brown stripe that encircles the whole cup. I don’t like it. I feel like I just bought Coffee from some random donut shop. I think they were going for a “retro” look but I think it looks dumb. Any thoughts?

Actually, the brown logo is their original logo. Their kinda taking a walk down memory lane. They brought in a new coffee named after their original store (Pike Place Roast), new “heritage” Starbucks cards and the old logo. One reason they changed the original logo to the green one was to make the mermaid more modest. I think they will switch back by the end of May.
