Why are we cracking down on plastic bag use, but not styrofoam?
My pet peeve are those idiots who complain that people are inconsiderate about the environment and are pushing the use of reusable shopping bags, but buy 1+ coffees DAILY, without using a reusable mug!? And especially people who go to the food court for lunch and get their food in a styrofoam take-out container!?!?
When are they going to start charging to use those takeout containers and Cups?
The green movement does not act on logic and that is a shame. I ask a lot of people here on Y/A and in real life what they have done for the environment today. If you ask them what they accomplished or saved they cannot answer.
