What to buy my husband for a gift?

My husband is your typical male. He likes beer, westerns, hunting, fishing, good friends and his family. He is incredibly easy to please. He is a truck driver and every week, when he gets home from his trips, he brings me a gift. He has brought me Coffee Mugs, coin bank, Dream Catchers, a rug, a large picture, jewelry, etc. I have no idea what to get him. I would like to get him something that is not ordinary. I have thought of coffee mug, etc. But I want something that is going to really make him smile. He tells me he does not need anything, or as long as it comes from the heart. But I need help. I want to make him feel special. I KNOW what he wants… a new hunting rifle, but it is too expensive for me. I just need someone to throw some ideas at me in hopes that it will give me an idea. I have thought about buying him “manly chocolates” infused with bourbon, tobacco, etc but nothing really shines for me.
